A learning game of conduct

Educating professionals on how to behave is a lot easier if you turn it into a game.

The integrity of their personnel is a key sales argument for SWIFT. So they asked us to create an e-learning on their Code of Conduct - one that reflected their new collaborative and transparent corporate culture.

Gamify to educate

We decided to gamify the dry linear CoC content to create a fun experience. Starting out with a basic avatar, people who take the course can earn business essentials along the way. Upon completing the e-learning, the avatar will look like a bona fide young SWIFT professional. The e-learning was designed to be taken behind the desk, instead of in a classroom setting.
