Customer orientedness is key to Atlas Copco Compressor Technique, so staff receive regular trainings on this topic. B·U·T developed the concept for a particular webinar entitled “Customer Orient Express”. The theme is a journey by train in which various aspects of good customer interaction are explored. A video, game board and brochure were developed as supporting materials. Based on this concept, LEARN24 elaborated the theme in a cartoon-style e-learning module with many game elements.
