Analysis
An effective e-learning package not only meets a learning objective, but connects with the trainee’s work environment, pre-knowledge, level and corporate culture. We conduct an in-depth analysis of all parameters that influence a smooth knowledge transfer.

Instructional design
Our learning architects know that instructional design for e-learning is very different from the printed or classroom approach. They take in account the computer induced constraints and design true cross-media, effective learning experiences.

Content development
Our content production is widely regarded as being state-of-the-art. It builds on a good structure, excellent usability and the best visualisation and interaction techniques for each topic. Your trainee will come asking for more

Audiovisual production
We can rely on extensive in-house production facilities for audiovisual material, including camera crews, editors and sound engineers. This guarantees consistent quality and facilitates project management.

Software engineering
Varied interaction and e-learning 2.0 technologies require specialised software developers. Our engineers have years of experience in developing and integrating e-learning specific software in a broad range of IT environments.

Integration in LMS/back-office
We produce SCORM compliant course content, ready for use within industry standard L(C)MS environments. If an LMS is not available, we can produce a stand-alone version that handles authentication and logging.

E-learning 2.0
To enhance trainee involvement, we can implement one or more of the social tools that are typical for web 2.0. We build environments that enhance the experience without distracting from the learning objectives.

What’s in a name
Learning
Each project starts with an in-depth analysis of the learning objectives and the required knowledge transfer. Tailored to the audience and the intended use, our e-learning architects transform the information into an effective learning experience.
Edutainment
A successful e-learning course reflects the habitat of the trainee. Customised interaction, simulation, role play, humour and/or gaming elements captivate and improve retention, as long as the medium does not interfere with the message.
Aggregation
A traditional e-learning course can be complemented with e-learning 2.0 and informal learning tools: broad search functions, blogs, wikis, rss, tagging etc. They can be valuable in bringing a group feeling to a sometimes lonely e-learning experience.
Rich-media
Dry text or static slides do not work, as numerous studies have proven. We give each part in every learning object its ideal way of representation. Professionally produced video, voice-over, graphics and animation bring learning to life.
Network
Our courses find a home on local or global networks, in a public or controlled environment. One platform allows for a distribution, updating and centralised tracking. And if someone is “unplugged”, a cd-rom version will carry the message.
24
Ubiquitous 24/7 learning is no longer science fiction. Our e-learning content travels beyond the borders of classroom or office. The trainee learns asynchronously, irrespective of time and place, and to his/her own pace.
